Situated on the first floor of the New World Saigon Hotel in District 1, IBUKI Restaurant, which opened in 2019, mainly serves Japanese cuisine.

Its highlight is ‘teppanyaki,’ a combination of Japanese fine culinary and western performing art that originated during World War II.

Its signature dishes include Kobe beef, Takamori beef, Hyogo oyster, French foie gras, and sea urchin from Hokkaido, and prices start at VND2.9 million per person.

The restaurant is at 76 Le Lai Street in Ben Thanh Ward.
