Ca phe sua da (iced coffee with condensed milk) ranked second in a list of the world’s 10 best coffees as voted by readers of international cuisine magazine TasteAtlas.
The Vietnamese-style coffee received a high rating of 4.6 out of five.
Ca phe sua da combines strong coffee poured over ice and mixed with condensed milk. It is usually served in a tall glass for VND10,000-15,000 ($0.42-0.63) at street-side stalls and VND40,000-60,000 at high-end cafés.
Vietnam is famous for its coffee culture and sipping coffee in the morning has become a way of life among Vietnamese people.
Italy’s Ristretto was named the world’s best coffee.
The list included Italian cappuccinos, Greek frappés, Spanish cortados and Turkish coffee.
